Peace On wax proudly Presents - A multi-artist 4-track EP with a huge nod to the early 90's Hardcore & Jungle Techno sound.
Old skool artist Bokyz (Flyte Records) teams up with Stu Chapman of Enormous Mouse Records fame and the result is impressive! Everybody sees huge rising synths, '92 style breakbeats which then lead to a very catchy piano and vocal.
Track A2 - Dutch producer Afterlife comes at us with an absolute monster The Joint sounding like it has just been played out in a '91 club. This track encompasses a filthy filtered reese bass, four to the floor kicks, haunting keys and a heavyweight amen drop to blow up any dance floor.
Worldwide Epidemic hogs the B-side and rightly so, the guy is on fire at the moment with his unique Jungle Techno sound. Idiomatic pounds along with it's heavy kick drums, atmospheric synths, quirky riffs and rollin' breakbeats that take you on a deep and eerie mission of darkness.
The EP is finished off with another corker from Worldwide Epidemic Hibiscus incorporates layered beats, beautiful synths, futuristic stabs and a beautiful female vocal!
